Refund Policy

1. Introduction

At Shri Publication, we are committed to providing high-quality publishing and printing services. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds.

 2. Eligibility for Refunds

Physical Products: Refund requests for physical products, such as printed books, must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Digital Products: Refunds for digital products, such as e-books or downloadable content, are generally not provided. Exceptions may be made if the product is defective or not as described.

Services: Refunds for services, such as editing, design, or publishing services, will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with a service, please contact us within 14 days of service completion.

3. Refund Process

Physical Products: To initiate a return for a physical product, please contact us at shripublicationscdm@gmail.com with your order details and the reason for the return. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item. The customer is responsible for shipping costs for returning the item.
Digital Products and Services: To request a refund for digital products or services, please contact us at shripublicationscdm@gmail.com with your order details and a description of the issue.

4. Refund Approval

– Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
– For services and digital products, once the refund request is reviewed and approved, we will process the refund and notify you accordingly.

5. Non-Refundable Items

– Certain items are non-refundable. These include:
– Gift cards
– Downloadable software products
– Personalized and custom-made items, unless they are defective or not as described
– Services already rendered, except where the service is deemed unsatisfactory due to errors or deficiencies on our part

6. Late or Missing Refunds

– If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
– Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
